I liked that once I checked in, the wait was not long to see the provider. I appreciated the amount of time Laurie spent with me. I felt like she really listened and was able to make a plan for treatment and that made me feel at ease. The staff I encountered were very nice and I like that the practice participates in research studies. Overall, my first visit was great.
Ms. Leticia is very sharp and knowledgeable. She interacts well with the patient, takes an excellent history and provides clear information and explanations of what tests are recommended and why. She also explained my condition very well and shared a lot of pertinent information to help me understand my situation and options. I was very satisfied and highly recommend her for her professional services.
This was an all around positive experience. The check in was painless, the MA and Nurse Practitioner could not have been better. The office is clean, cheerful and pleasant. I can’t even think of one negative item to comment on. I am a Nurse Practitioner and if there was anything that was of concern I would have noticed. Providers of this caliber are hard to come by. I would highly recommend this practice.
At times as you enter a doctor’s office for the first time, you may feel nervous or anxious but that was not my experience when I entered your office for the first time. Your staff was very helpful and professional from the time that I arrived making me feel comfortable and relaxed. The doctor was very helpful and made me feel comfortable as she provided me with the information of the procedure and future appointment. Nothing but five stars.
Ms. Vanessa was very attentive and nice. She explained my entire procedure without any confusion to me. She was also very funny which made me pretty comfortable. So yes I recommend this facility.
Although the time we waited to get a New Patient appointment was long, it was worth the wait. Starting with the arrival the process was very timely.The PA Payne was very knowledgeable and made it easy to talk to him.He offered us different options to obtaining an answer to our problem. I would recommend them to my friends and family
Had a couple procedures process was excellent and as strange as it might sound best colonoscopy experience ever! Prep work involved pills therefore prep was really easy. Lastly Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners recommend him and his practice 100%+
Everyone in the office was so pleasant and friendly. The PA Sagarika really took the time to go over my test results and explaining everything. She also was genuinely sincere as she celebrated with me in the positive outcomes. I really appreciate everyone at the office
I love my Doctor! She’s so sweet and listens. She has such a caring demeanor. The office is clean and the front desk is always nice and professional. Definitely recommend!
By far the Best Dr my mother has seen. Lauri Letizia was kind, and had patience while I translated, explained everything. You can tell she was truly caring. I highly recommend her.
