It's good it close to restraunts , walking distance , there's been some noise from neighbors loud at times but other than that. it is a great price and the couple who run it are very nice , very helpful. There are nights where it's really quiet I can sit back and watch the trees and the stars at night and clouds just enuf light to see around when walking in evening or at night while walking your dog. but not to blind you ! Which is great to me .dogs can have pens and I can set out stuff like plants and my husband has his grill it gets hot in the summer when trying to cook supper inside. I am very thankful for this awesome little place
