What a great visit. Kelly was awesome. She said let's take care of this and we did. Office staff was pleasant. Highly recommend
If you need a dermatologist look no further Gateway is the best, Dr. Vieles is just wonderful really listens and talks to me so I understand as a senior citizen he doesn't treat me like I'm old or that I ask silly questions and he has a sense of humor and gets mine and the whole staff is great, I never have to wait long and I'm treated with kindness and respect. I recently moved an hour away but I will make that drive because I have melanoma so I know I'm in good hands and getting great care.
Worst experience ever. Female physician, Kelly is her name I think, was very rude, short. She gave a wrong diagnosis and my condition became 3 times worse. I came in to have her look at a wart. Doctor tells me it’s a freckle even though I begged her to take another look, she refused. Now I’m covered in warts. The office refuses to see me unless I pay a missed appointment fee. Awful experience, rude staff. Go anywhere but here
I have only had two experiences here. But writing for my second. My visit with Dr. Verral a few years ago was pleasant, but I saw Kelly today and I left extremely upset and angry. After the nurse and doctor both got my condition and my name wrong, I asked for the same treatment that I got from Dr. Verral a few years ago. I was receiving a relatively invasive procedure but nonetheless one that personally was very uncomfortable and nerve wracking for me. She had zero sympathy for my worries during the appointment and did not even explain what she was doing. When I got upset she continued with the procedure anyway and did not try to make me feel any more comfortable or informed. After all of the anxiety, pain and discomfort, I left the office without my problem even fully solved, and when I asked a few simple questions about the conditions to try and leave with at least some information, I was answered with "I don't know" and rushed out the door. I have never written a review on Google or any other platform for any services that I have received, but right when I left this appointment I knew I needed to voice my concerns.
I read some previous reviews and wondered if we went to the same place. From the moment I walked in I was greeted but very pleasant staff. My wait was short and I was treated with respect. Dr Verral is the kindest most compassionate person. He explained everything and was very open and understanding about my concerns. If I had one negative, the nurses multiple colored hair wasn’t very professional looking but she was very sweet and kind.
Very difficult procedures for making appointments. Need to be seen at least within 3 years of being an established customer or you have to fill out all your paperwork again as a new customer. Then they it takes a couple days for then to put the info in the computer to even get an appt. Then your appt. is months booked out. With todays technology procedures should be quick and easy.
A very professional office!! Always treated with respect from beginning to end of my visit. Everyone is always extremely nice. No matter what problem I am there for that day, I always leave feeling confident in my doctor's advice or the medical treatment given. My doctors are always genuinely caring and answer all my questions and concerns. I don't think there's a better Dermatology center in the area!!
Ive seen Dr. Verral and Kelly Reid. They are exceptionally rushed and you are literally in and out within minutes. Ive seen Kelly multiple times as of late and I am disappointed with the care I received. I will not being going back. Kelly appeared to think it was easier to just give me multiple prescriptions for a skin condition rather than take the time to figure out what the actual diagnosis was. I ended up getting a second opinion which was the best thing I could have done. I honestly wish I could get a refund for my last few appointments.
Never even became a patient, office staff was obnoxious, rude and difficult to work with before first appointment. Canceled and went to a different office.
They're lucky they are the only dermatology practice in town or else I would be going to another office. The front end staff has no clue what they are doing when it comes to scheduling appointments. Also if you're a working professional FORGET IT! Office hours are terrible. I have been a patient for years and have never experienced problems until the past few years. Thank goodness the clinical staff is decent to deal with.
