I come with my mom to be checked by Dr. Sanchez. He's a very great Doctor. My daughter , she brings my grandson. His Doctor is very good ,too. The nurses are so nice, and some staff there treat you with respect and also are very nice.
I wasn't pleased about how they shared information about what their pain management department accepts and don't accept. I felt like they used me for an insurance payment dr. Curtin when he first came in he let me know he didn't fit criteria but continued to question me even when he knew he didn't offer the services I was looking for. I believe for a payment.
Dr Sanchez is a wonderful doctor. He is friendly, caring and explains to me things until I understand completely. He is a kind doctor and truly cares about his patients and their health!!
I've had nothing but good experience , with Gateway. If they can't help they always remind someone who can. They don't just let you stand there with questions.
Doctors, nurses & staff are all very friendly, but this clinic does not notify patients when their primary care providers no longer work there. Both of mine and my husband's doctors no longer work there and we were never notified when either of them left. Its frustrating when you have prescriptions that usually auto refill, only to find out walgreens cant get ahold of my doctor to grant the auto fill, because she no longer works there. I cant get them filled, and I'm running low. I found a new PCP at a completely different clinic, but I cant get in to be seen by her for 2 weeks, and I will run out of my medication before then. If Ascension had sent letters to my PCP's patients when she was leaving, I would have found a new doctor and wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in.
My doctor was able to squeeze me in when I had a deep concern. Always to the point and offers recommendations. Not pushy like some!
Doctor Schubert has got to be the best PCP doctor in the entire state of Wisconsin, and that's no lie. He goes above and beyond for his patients.
Great office and staff ! Was given a last minute appointment even though Dr Schubert was booked that day !
