I am dedicated to providing individuals and small groups the tools they need to become healthier in their lives.
My goal as an instructor is to provide support and give tools which enable, empower and motivate my students to actively improve their physical, mental and emotional well-being. My motto is,"Heal Yourself~Heal the World". My vision is one of opening hearts and minds and inspire people to move toward more peaceful and loving ways of being in the world. I have been helping people develop healthier lifestyles and actualize their body's capacity for health and well-being for more than 25 years.
I develop individualized diet, exercise and stress reduction programs incorporating a health-promoting diet, cardiovascular exercise, muscle conditioning, yoga, meditation, Thai yoga therapy, aromatherapy and other stress reduction techniques.
