I've come here twice, once for a cut and the other for a color correction and both times I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and the stylists really know what they're doing. I walked in with bright pink/purple hair and left with a really nice blonde and money in the bank still! As someone who moved here and was looking for a salon in the area, coming here was a great decision. :-

The staff at Gavin Scott is courteous, professional, and fun! The salon is clean and comfortable.Kristie is amazing! She has been able to accommodate my schedule for appointments as well as a private event I organize for work. She truly embodies the spirit of excellent customer service!

I just received the best color and cut I have gotten in a long time. I have been to many different salons throughout northeast Ohio and I must say that Katie did a better job than anywhere else I have been. Best of all, the prices are better and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Gavin Scott is a no tipping salon....even though I really wanted to tip her more! I highly recommend this salon.

Have had the opportunity to receive services from Kristi and the team a few times. First when they volunteered their time to do braids before my daughter's dance recital and then when my daughter donated her hair. Also, received the best 'curly girl' cut from Katie. Great service and I love the charity work they do!

Best salon I have ever been to!!! Staff is always friendly, salon is always clean, and they provide great service. I have gotten pedicures here multiple times and they always do a great job. Christiana does my hair and I got my first balayage a few months back and she did amazing like always!

Been going here for about 10 years now and will never go anywhere else! I don't have a specific stylist and pretty much see who is available to accommodate my crazy schedule. I have never had a negative thing to say about Gavin Scott Salon! The owner is very friendly and present! I highly recommend this place!
