CHEF GREGORY T. ROBERTS
Mr. Roberts has been cooking for many years and his one true love is cooking on the grill. One of his specialties is cooking whole hogs on the grill. Hey, it’s a dirty business but someone has to do it!!! Slow and low with good old fashion charcoal is the way to go. So don’t mention the P word around him (propane) HA HA!!!!! Mr. Roberts has cooked for many people over time. Including The Japanese’s Symphony through the Muskegon Area Chamber of Commerce. To many dignitaries around the county. He has served as an officer on the American Culinary Association, West Michigan Lakeshore Chapter 122 and was chosen by his peers to do a demonstration of grilling ribs at Summer Celebration. This was one of the largest events attended at the celebration. Mr. Roberts is a proud husband to Emily and father of two lovely girls, Savanna and Leeza. Mr. Roberts fondest memory is the family’s acceptance of Christ as our Lord and savior. Don’t let the fancy chef title fool you, Mr. Roberts loves to be around the grill and telling stories and having fun. At your event Mr. Roberts will be demonstrating how he prepares the ribs to interested guests. So let the Party begin!
