I worked at Gee Resolutions for about 9 months. I loved my clients, and cared deeply about their welfare, but the business was very unorganized and ran poorly. The issues within this business run deep and come out on every level. I will say that Veronica, the office manager, was wonderful to work with and is great with the clients. Other than that, prospective clients please do your research. There are many other mental health practices around in which you would be far better off in investing your time and money into.
Let me start by saying that I’m so happy to see how a team can help others and the community. The Heart that the administrative staff has is amazing. Veronica is so sweet and always smiling. She was so helpful and attentive. I will recommend this place to all my friends and colleagues. Keep it up ladies !!!!
If i could give 0 stars i would. I came back after a year only to find that essentially the entire office staff had been replaced. I made the appointment the day before and the receptionist had no idea what she was doing when i arrived. after 20 minutes of awkward confusion, I talked to Symone I did LOVE LOVE her though, shame the rest of the office staff couldn't get it together and rescheduled for the next week. Office is about 45 minutes from my house, and when i arrived the clueless receptionist yet again had no appointment for me in her books. Wanted me to reschedue. No thanks. Simply unprofessional, especially in a service where it is crucial to be organized to make sure that people get in to talk to their Dr. to get they help and support they need. Will NEVER ever return to this office again. If you go, be prepared to deal with unorganized and unprofessional staff. Besides Symone the mental health counselor who is a great young woman.
Most unprofessional staff ever. Veronica and Betty outright lie. "We moved to Rockledge because veterans are triggered by seeing spinal cord patients." That's plain wrong especially when doctor herself told me why she left the area. Sometimes Dr G calls and tries to strongman you into a telephone appt. Psychotherapy with a doc I've never met that complains she left Lake Nona because it is too expensive and the VA is slow to pay...not the professional I want helping me.
No one has more dedication to Veterans and a resolve to help Veterans than Gee Resolutions.. I have been a patient of Doctor Gee and her team for over three years. Through that time she has assisted me and gave me the courage to rise up and face life's challenges with my PTSD. Anyone that is not satisfied with Gee Resolutions should contact Doctor Gee directly for what the name of her clinic says, the word Resolutions. Doctor Gee, her husband and father are retired veterans or veterans of war that served our country proudly.
I had a wonderful experience with my counselor here, but was pretty devastated when I called to make an appointment and she had retired. No one at the office let me know this ahead of time, so I was completely blindsided when I was most in need of help.
So far I've been calling since the beginning of April phone message says 36 to 48hrs to return calls! Well still waiting so I read the reviews think I'll follow on them no boss therapist needs to be an ass and belittle the employee or painents not gonna help either one! Guess I'll just take matters in my own hands. Good luck anyone else whom need there help
Staff is nice. But on my behalf i was a employee and was belittled by the boss. I'm currently dealing with M.S, and the boss told me thats a excuse. I wish I could've stayed excited about this job instead of dreading going to work. A therapist that belittles.

In just one session I could see a big improvement in my family and myself. People outside of our family were even friendly towards us. I'm able to smile again and I have hope for a better life. I thank GOD for the entire staff.
