Refunded their misdiagnosis easy enough

Geek squad is usually very efficient and helpful, however I checked availability of parts and was re assured that if I drove across town that they would have them, alas they didn't even look at the stock on the shelves and they couldn't help me. A simple check on the parts would have saved me time and gas.

Best people in the world to take your phone to. Tha best one in Tampa at Dale Mabry under 275.

We had a wifi network failure due to a nearby lightning strike. It took out key components and just wrecked havoc. Jason came to the rescue. In a single visit he restored our network by restoring some devices and replacing others that were toast. I couldn't be happier.

My fiancé and I had a great experience here! We had some laptop issues and Kim from Geek Squad was very patient and helpful.

I thought this place was better than Brandon but now I’m not too sure. My old computer was trashed & bestbuy gave me credit to buy another computer under my warranty. They warned me that once I purchased a new computer, I would need to buy another brand new warranty for it which is cool. What they didn’t mention was that I was paying 300$ for a 3 year warranty that ONLY includes hardware & NOT software damages like my PREVIOUS  warranty covered. They lack communication w/ their customers & need to be trained to mention these things because it is important for a person to know this. They are lazy to just direct you to their terms & conditions. Why didn’t anyone mention the change of warranty that they offer?!? Do they just expect customers to know this?!? HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Best place to trust your next service repair

I called to report a scam demanding $, who identified themselves as "Geek Squad". The staff member basically said that it wasn't their problem & referred me to Corporate, who were also lazadazacle. I reported it directly to the government.
