They didn't connect my new TV correctly. I went to Best Buy to address this with the Geek Squad and was told, You have to call the 1 800 # because if I issue a reconnect you will be charged again. " It gets better. I called that number thinking they would schedule the reconnect and was told that they would send a message to the technician to contact me. One week later and no call and no response to my emails. I plan to do ALL my future purchases with Crutchfield as I have used them before and hire someone reputable to connect things I am not able to. Good ridden to Best Buy and the Geek Squad!
I got hacked by a Geek Squad impersonator. Luckily for me, Mitch Potter, who installed my home theater, came out and saved the day. The impersonator said my TV problem was because of my Wi-Fi. Mitch came to my house and checked out my computer for malware. Great job!!!
Geek Squad's professional service representatives were very instrumental in me being able to use my computer for my Global International Women's Dsy March 29. 2023 event. This event featured over 60 countries without any glitches on my laptop. Thank you.

I had an appointment at 11am I asked if they could possibly fit me in early. I came in at 10am. There was no one in line or being helped. They said they were busy and couldn’t help me even though I watched techs just stand around behind the customer area not touching any hardware. I then asked if I could take the next appointment if that person didn’t show up they said sure. I waited and a man walked up mind you he had no appointment at all and took 30 min yet no I had to wait for simply sending my watch off to Apple. Finally after 45 min of standing waiting for someone to get to me they said they would help me yet I’m still standing in line because apparently she can’t put it in a box. Not to mention both girls were rude. I’m never coming here again. Only gave it a second star because it finally got sent....otherwise it would have been one star only.
I need a battery for a 7plus iPhone. Went to Best Buy they gave me a appointment that was 2 weeks away when other people were helped immediately. Phone battery died while I was waiting and they would not change the battery because it would not turn on. Told me that I could buy a new phone!!!! Appointment turned from a 60 dollar battery to a 350 dollar phone#$#%%^
Just had my iphone battery replaced and they did a great job. I returned a few weeks later with my daughter’s iPhone and had a very disappointing experience. The tech couldn’t fix the problem and just insisted that we buy a new phone despite the fact the phone was still under warranty. I returned recently without an appointment and they refused to look at the phone even though two of the techs were not working at all. So lazy....
I had an appointment on Black Friday at 3:40. I left the house an hour ahead of the appointment because I knew traffic would be bad but I was still 7 minuets late. I walked in and it was packed and busy except at the geek squad counter. The guy was standing there biting his nails. I told him why I was there and he pulled up my appointment and said “you are 7 minuets late so you will have to reschedulel”. I needed a new battery for my phone no major repair. I did not reschedule!
