We were looking for a charging cable for a laptop computer. Geek squad had it in house and we were able to get it quickly and be able to use the laptop computer again.
They came to the house to hook up my MacBook Air to an HP printer that I have. Quick, did the job, good value
Had an appointment for a diagnosis. Lap top wouldn't turn on Geek Squad guy didn't look at it. Plugged it in and verified that it wouldn't turn on. Told me they don't diagnose in store. Would be $85.00 and 3 weeks to diagnose. But, based on everything we said, 'won't turn on' he was sure it was the motherboard and or graphics card. Said several hundred dollars if they could even get the part. Did everything in his power to talk me out of it. Told me they have computers that come in that are a year maybe 2 old that are trash and have to get a new one. Watched a YouTube video on the way home. Fixed it myself for $12.00 with zero experience. I wouldn't recommend Geek Squad to change a light bulb. Good luck.

HORRIBLE that is your phone service! I just wanted to know if the store was open with the nicole storm and due to how poor the phone service is I just said forget it, will go to walmart instead! Thanks for nothing you losers!
I can't believe how bad the Geek Squad is. Ordered a washer/dryer which was delivered with a European electrical cord. Delivery guys call Geek Squad to schedule delivery of American cord and finish install the following week. Geek Squad was supposed to call me to set appointment but never did. It took me calling over 48 hours to be able to get them to schedule the follow up appointment. Appointment set between 7am and noon. I call the day before to confirm - it took two calls and 45 minutes to find out they now have it scheduled for noon-7pm! Asked for supervisor - I will get a call back in 70 hours! Yes 70! Seriously, very bad support.
At first, very polite but then it turned into a wait let me transfer you to someone else game. I ended up with no help. So I won't put this all on Geek Squad, but Best Buys answering service stinks.
I took my lab top there and waiting on them to tell me what was browsing with it. So me and my wife sit waiting on them. So I go looking around at things for a two hour wait ,so I go out and smoke a cigarette come back in looking around waiting on the geeks. So I go to the rest room and all help brakes lose the guy try and back me in corner and ask what I did with the stuff I had I told him it was on the counter out side ,so you are calling me a thief. I said I have been here for over two hours and you seen us at the geeks station. Now I am a thief. I should file a complaint with the better business . But will not shop there or any stores they have. Service suck bad. I spent thousands of dollars there . Well not give them a penny now .
They don’t know how to answer phones at this location, been trying to talk to someone from Best Buy or Geek squad but I waited over 30mins. 30mins of my life that I will never get back. Need new phone system or something because it’s not working for customers.
