I needed a phone repair and scheduled an appointment online through Apple at Geek Squad for my phone. I arrived slightly late to my appointment just beyond 10 minutes and discovered that Geek Squad considers this a “no-show” and cancelled my appointment. It took me 20 minutes during my work day to arrive here and I received no advance notice of this no show policy. The only thing I will rely on Geek Squad going forward is for wasting my time. Poorly run operation with awful customer service. Good luck to the rest.
Absolute garbage. My pc had simple problem with the motherboard, the “geeks” at geek squad have absolutely no idea what they are doing. So the told me it would take 3-4 weeks to repair my computer, 6 weeks later I get an email telling me that my pc it ready to be picked up. The only problem, they said they weren’t able to fix it. So what were they doing for the past 6 weeks. Dispite their lack of knowledge, their over priced repairs, and their inability to estimate time, the geek squad is a great place to repair your pc.
I've had this service since 2013 on a cellphone I purchased at Best Buy and recently developed a hairline crack on it. I went to the Montgomeryville location to submit my claim for the repair. The tech MGR told me it's a $150 deductible cost to have it fixed. I told him I was unaware of the cost and he made it a point to tell me he teaches his team to highlight the cost and the other store should have done the same. I've paid for this service for "years" and now I needed it and the deductible cost more than what I can pay in the Montgomeryville mall repair kiosk to have it fixed. I wasted my money paying away for years, don't waste yours!
The service they provide is very helpful, especially with the constant changes with the software and computers. Their techs are knowledgeable and polite. I have used them for several years to maintain my home and business equipment
Great personalities from the agents. Fast repair time. Love being able to make an appointment and not have to wait for an agent to assist me in fixing my device.
They reset my phone when they didn’t have to. The customer service made me feel unwanted like an annoyance. They were wrong about the charging port on my phone and tried to talk me into spending unnecessary money. Will not go back.
These people are great. If you don't have their service, GET IT!
