Huge headache. I told them that I have run out of refills for a medication and yet I was stuck with huge administrative burdens to just be registered as a new patient. Waited days for the forms to be mailed to me. Waited days for them to enter the information into their system. Additionally they were unable to contact my doctor. I just moved from California so perhaps they didn't want to incur long distance phone costs. When I expressed my frustration the receptionist politely agreed I should see another doctor. I wasted nearly a month. I suppose I should just go to the ER.
After only one appointment, this "provider", not comprehending that sometimes people don't answer their phone just because it rings, called 6x in 1hr, between 5:25 and 6:25 pm and had her patient, her new patient, whom she had just met and who she had only seen this one 1 time for 20 minutes, escorted out of his residence by police to Marlboro hospital, and she even called him one more time after the cops had removed him, from his house, on her say so..... incredibly, he has another appointment with this "provider", who just called the police and had her patient forcibly removed from his own home on her say so on Monday. This debacle happened Thursday night, after this "provider" called 6x in 1 hour after she had just seen this patient in her office ; he left this "provider's" office around 3pm. Amazing.This must be why "providers" carry malpractice insurance, and are subject to Medicare audits:
Dr Dolly is great! She makes me feel like her only patient... its nice to have a doctor who acutally cares!
