Gem City Jewelers became a household name in the San Gabriel Valley in 1977 when Arsak Kazanci, a recent immigrant from Turkey of Armenian descent and his new bride Ani, decided to leave their home in order to start a new life in the United States. His vision was to create a place where every customer was treated like family and were welcome with open arms. Now 35 years later, with his son Sarven Kazanci running the family business and countless weddings, birthdays, and anniversaries celebrated, Gem City Jewelers continues it’s legacy. Every piece of jewelry is treated like a family heirloom that can be passed on from generation to generation.
We always try to educate our customers in what they are purchasing. We feel that everyone should know exactly what they are buying.
We also find it difficult to turn anyone down. This is because we care about our customers. We never pressure anyone into buying our merchandise. We want our customers to feel comfortable in our store. As long as our customers are happy, we are happy.
