Great place! The lady spent a lot of time with me and was very sweet. She made sure to take her time, didn’t hurt at all, and was very gentle. I love how the nails turned out and I definitely will be coming here again!

I've been coming here for roughly a year and a half now, and the entire time Lannie has always taken such good care of me and everyone else who came to her shop. My nails always look incredible, both when I used to get acrylic with gel polish, and now when I get dip nails. I've gotten nails, pedicures, and waxes here, and it's always great results. I know management changed pretty recently, and I'm not very familiar with the new management yet, but everyone that's new has been really nice. Miss Amy did my nails this time and she was super sweet, and I'm just as in love with my nails as I was when Miss Linda did them, or Miss Anh. My first time visiting & not my last! Ann was amazing & took her time to make them perfection. I forgot my pedicure lady name but she was also very great. Everyone was so friendly will definitely be back!

Gem Nail spa is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! The environment is always warm and welcoming. Ann has done my nails the las t few times I’ve came and I always leave happy! Moving to Austin soon but they are so good here I’m going to have to stop in anytime I’m in town!!

Came in with a picture on the design we wanted. It is considered ombre, and that's $15 extra. It would have been fine if it was actually blended well. Shape and color are wrong and they did not do a good job.

Anne did my nails and was absolutely fantastic! She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and checked with me the entire time. She took her time and made them look so beautiful! She's also the sweetest! I can't wait to see her next time!

Loved the atmosphere here. Everyone was pretty nice. The owner is nice and very knowledgeable as well. She was helpful. I absolutely love my nails. They did a really good job! Much better than the people at Onyx nail bar in Alliance. I'm never going back there and will not advise anyone to go there. My nails are 4 days old in the pictures and they still look amazing!

If you want a regular manicure please go somewhere else. The nail tech didn't even ask me how I wanted my nails shaped. It was a rushed job. Not worth $15 dollars. The best part, most shocking to me was, they don't have nail dryers. They told me to sit for 10 minutes and thats it. She didn't even put lotion on my hands. After a few minutes, I told her I would dry my nails with the AC vent in my car. Worst experience ever. Please go somewhere else.

I come here all the time they have great music and the people here are nice I always GO TO my girl ANNE she makes sure I’m happy when I leave bc she wants my nails to be perfect!
