My husband went to get a haircut today and the hairdresser sat him in the chair ready to cut his hair when all of a sudden the owner asks the hairdresser Claudia to go rinse her hair. She had dyed it and needed Claudia to take care of her meanwhile my husband had to sit and wait till she was done with her. What kind of service is this ? I find this very unprofessional and clearly the owner doesn’t care to provide exceptional customer service and retain clientele loyalty.

Worst salon ever the ladies do not understand English or what you are trying to tell them. Would almost bet they are not licensed to cut hair as they have no clue what they are doing
