I received a beautiful arrangement that was placed in floral foam. I wasn’t home but the person that brought it into my house did not know to fill it with water. Hours later many of the flowers were already wilted And beyond saving. I noticed on the tag that if yr “not completely satisfied” let us know. I called just to say they should put a visible card that says to water rt. Away. I wasn't in anticipation of a replacement but they insisted, the one they sent was larger and more beautiful than the first. If I want to order flowers this is where I will call from now on. They are the best!

I called from New York to have a birthday bouquet delivered to my best friend in Naples. I told the wonderfully pleasant lady on the phone that I didn't know what flowers to pick so I trusted her to make the selection for me and make it pretty! And she certainly did. I ordered the Washed in Pink birthday flower arrangement that is one of the most beautiful I have seen! My family member contacted me right away to tell me. The freshness, design, fragrance, style of the vase--perfection! And there were beautiful orchids nestled amongst the other flowers. The delivery was prompt and professional. I called Gene's 5th Ave. Florist late afternoon on valentine's weekend. busiest day for all florist to have a delivery for my aunt who had emergency surgery. The very next day Gene's 5th Ave. Florist made that delivery to the hospital with out any extra charge. The bouquet was beautiful and the fragrance was just wonderful. I ordered flowers for my husband’s grandmother for Christmas and they did not arrive. I received order confirmation email. I called and they said it was because the card did not go through which is common during the holidays to prevent fraud. They also claimed they emailed me which I received none. They did call an incorrect number while they had his grandmother’s correct number. Lady I spoke with today did not think it was a big deal our gift did not arrive. I would never use this florist. You would think for Naples and the location they would try to go above and beyond. Nope.
The most beautiful, lush, extravagant bouquet of roses I have ever seen let alone received. I wish I had gotten more pictures in the vase because I could not get over the quality of this arrangement. I will be ordering from here in the future! Still stunned.
I've ordered flowers twice here from out of state to be delivered to my mom in Naples. Both times they were fast, efficient and did a beautiful job. The flowers are fresh, look just like the website and I highly recommend!
