From bad to better. Agree with one comment that there was no greeting , or even looking up, when I walked in the place. ..almost left. The reason I gave a 3 instead of a 1 was because the sales person, Joe, was incredible. Knowledgeable and patient. Showed me around the place and answered my questions. Great selection of floor styles!
It's for contractors only, but Angela and the staff were more than accommodating in letting us take home samples to see what would work with our house. Top notch!
I'll be going to General floors for many years now. And I can truly say I've never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. You have to be a contractor to purchase anything but besides that it's the way to go if you need any type of flooring products. Especially carpet and padding.
