Not alot to say. It's just an open place for your dog to run. Needs so help. Like more places for pet parent's to sit. Better locking entrance gates.
Public restrooms need to be cleaned and updated for the ice fisherman that need to use the bathroom. Nice park otherwise.
Great place for my fur babies to run... But was very disappointed with the fact that the only water access does not work so I could not get my babies a drink of water while they were there.
Nice place to walk our dogs. We park in the small parking lot in the rolling terrain of the prairie area. Trails from this area lead into the extensive trail network in the very large, wooded area. That area includes a variety of hills and ravines. The trails are well kept, and it appears that they are also set up for off-road bicycles - occasionally there were special obstacles for them. They've added many new trails since we were last here two years ago -- so many we got lost and had to use our cell phone to view our location in relation to our car. Some of the trails lead down to a park/campground area along the Hennepin Canal run by the Izaach Walton League Lodge. That area also has fishing and boat access.
I'm visiting from Florida this dog park is very good has a lot of kills and places for puppies to play I was proud to take Sadie Mae's
Trails can be hard to find. Make sure you park by the humane society. Also the trail network is small especially when you take out the prairie section.
Great place to ride, both singtrack and double track...QCFORC MTN bike club does a great job maintaining these trails.
I have camped here many times, its fantastic and has some amazing owners

Enjoyable place if you enjoy the outdoors and nature. Close by to trails, the canal, and grassy trails.
