My purchase was extremely smooth. No bad surprises, only good ones. Lance my salesman, was very professional. The bonuses such as the Suresky warranty was unexpected and very appreciated.
After using another Genesis dealer for my first few complimentary services, I won’t take my G70 anywhere else. I rarely leave reviews, but they deserve their five stars. Always punctual, thorough, easy going, communicative, accommodating, and they return my car cleaner than I had it. Can’t recommend Goshen highly enough.

The service was great! They gave me a Gv80 loaner vehicle until mine was ready. They always been professional and prompt.

Service was great. I utilized the valet service, on time, kept me informed. Returned my car clean and shiny. I did have to wait about 6 weeks for standard service appt oil change and check up, and they "squeezed" me in. That's a crazy long wait. It was unexpected so I had to have my oil changed outside of my service agreement. I will plan much further ahead, but 6 or 7 weeks is a bit unreasonable.
