HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE….HORRIBLE!!!! We are members that pay a monthly membership fee, to have our vehicle cleaned NOT DAMAGED…….DO NOT ENTRUST your vehicle to get any services from this place. They will NOT take RESPONSIBILITY nor will THE OWNER MIKE offer HELP in ANYWAY. “NOT OUR FAULT” MIKES words. We did not go with our vehicle like this…. He will also give you the run around first and say he’ll contact corporate, and there is no corporate, he is corporate. Then he’ll also hang up on you, when he’s caught lying. Pictures down below…. The pictures say it all. Poor Leadership as a business owner.

Love this car wash but I'm giving Go car wash a 2 because the left side spinning brushes all work. There are 3 on each side. Only 1 brush spins on the right hand side and for trucks it literally only spins on the front half of your vehicle. This place has put alot of money into fancy screens and other upgrades but can't fix their spinning brushes to clean the right hand side of vehicles?? It's a car wash, it's meant to clean your vehicle yet only cleans half of the right side which sucks. Especially when you pay for a monthly membership.

Went through the carwash today and had a flat tire when I cams out the other side. Found that the valve stem was broken off during the wash. No one came to ask if everything was OK, Tried to get one attendants attention but they just walked right past me. I told an attendant there about it and that I had to go get a jack to change the tire, no follow up when I got back. My car is completely stock so I can't fault the car for getting the flat. Luckily I had a spare tire but my car wasn't originally equipped with one so I didn't have the jack in the car just yet. Giving them 5 stars because they reached out and made things right. Really appreciate it!

My husband and I have a monthly plan for each of our cars. It’s great to be able to have unlimited car washes, car vacuums, windex, carpet cleaner machine, and fragrances available. Best $39.99 I spend every month. Before and after pictures. My car was dirtier than usual due to a storm.

This drive through car wash is extremely easy to use. They also have free vacuum and towels with spray.  I’ve had a membership for over 4 months now and I love it. You can get your car cleaned as often as you want. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I have been having issues since it switched over to Go Wash. I pay $39.99 a month for my package and I have not been receiving all of the features that I was paying for in the past two months due to the equipment not working properly. I had one of the manager by the name of Christian watch me go through the wash and he saw that the hot wax feature and 2 other features did not work. He said he would have someone look at it and get it fixed. I complained about it for about two months and its still not fixed. I was advised to go to the website to cancel.  The web site could not locate my account.  I called the customer service number multiple times listed on the site and 'all agents were busy'. I left several messages and completed several forms on the site and no one reached back out to me.  I called the location directly and spoke to the head manager Mike and he was not aware of the features not working. He cancelled my account and only credited me half of one of the months.

Good service. Towels. Glass cleaner. Mat cleaner. Scented sprays. Vacuum. Someone there to clean the front and back windows, grill, and lights before going through the wash. People there are doing a good job of taking care of business!

I've been using this specific location for the past 15 years going all the way back to 2007 when they were a full service shop. Now, post pandemic they are a drive through wash with free vacuuming and unlimited towels and window cleaner. They also offer car smell to spray on your mats 4 different smells. As an Uber driver it's worth $20 a month for Silver level tax deductible write off! I can wash and clean my vehicle every day if I wanted!

Saw a long line and thought it would take forever, but we were in and out in 20 mins including a FREE self-vacuuming that was included! Highly recommend. Haven’t inspected the car to see if it is indeed spotless but we did watch dirt scrub away as we were inside. Would come here again.

Don't waste your money. Very spotty tire shine, looks like someone crudely sprayed oil on my wheels/tires, plenty of dirt spots left over I can wipe off with my finger. Didn't see any of the microfiber towels and cleaning supplies they state are available, but also shouldn't have to finish cleaning up the mess this wash leaves behind.
