Hired to paint exterior of a new house I'm building. He did the first half fine. Now he never shows up. When he does show up it's late at night and angers the neighbors. He has been "working" on this for over a month. His work is splotchy and uneven. His "crew" doesn't exist. He backed over my temporary power pole and left it hanging from live wires and did not tell anyone. He does however make sure to deposit your checks in a timely fashion. He didn't protect my brand new metal roof so I have to clean that now and dripped paint on all my exterior boxes and AC. Over sprayed all over my stone skirting on the house may not come off.

Great and responsive company. Dealt with John on a home I am selling and needed interior updated with new paint. Did job professionally and quick. Thx for all your help. Now to sale the place.
Situation beyond contractors control. Unable to do the work but refunded the money.
