I have been using this office and dentist, Dr. Roberts, for several years now and have always felt well served. Dr. Roberts is a very good dentist and helps with patient anxiety by being both kind and self assured in his work. The staff there has always been very helpful and friendly as well.

Used to go to CHILDREN & FAMILY DENTIST in westgate mall for over 4 years  braces my teeth never got any better it was getting so bad each time,  every time after each appointment I wanted to see a result, wanted to see my teeth get better but nothing! And I changed to GENTLE DENTAL, they took good care of me , they always make sure your teeth gets fix quick, and you can see the results after each appointment. And every time they make sure to let you know how the process is going and they are always so friendly. So I’m very happy with their service!

I am super happy with the way I was treated on my recent visit to Gentle Dental in Brockton. Dr Roberts and his staff are very friendly and  professional.  Dr Roberts is also a good a dentist as I have ever experienced!! I highly recommend them. They are located at 641 Belmont St, Brockton MA 02301.

I called as a new patient to set up routine x-rays/cleaning and to establish care. I gave them my insurance information and there was no reported issue. I gave them my insurance information again when I arrived for my appointment. At no point did the practice inform me that my insurance was out of network. I originally gave them 2 stars because of the lack of transparency around out of pocket costs and what retrospectively seemed like deception when I called billing to pay the $150, I did tell them I was surprised to see the bill given they hadn't told me their practice was out of network with my insurance. I upgraded my rating to 3 stars because she was kind and understanding, reducing my payment to $30. Dr. Roberts was very nice. I would recommend them but double check with your insurance that they are in network as they might not inform you otherwise.

Great experience 100%. After coming from a mediocre dentist that made things worse for me, in Gentle Dental they solved my problem and I got the best cleaning ever! Some people work for the money and others for the passion of doing a great job!

Dr. Roberts and his staff are always great. I was super anxious about getting all 4 wisdom teeth extracted while being awake. They were all so patient, calming and always made sure I was feeling ok. I highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone who has anxiety about visiting the dentist. They really do live up to the "gentle" in their business name.

Dr. Roberts and his entire staff are phenomenal! I've been to a few dentist over the years but I must say Dr. Roberts & his team have been gracious & accomadating for all my Dental Needs. I live in Delaware and travel to Brockton Massachusetts for my care. That speaks for itself.

I have received top notch care here. Dr. Roberts and his staff are the best. I moved out of state but came back for my last appointment because of how well they take care of me.  Will miss the place and I am sure I won't find another dentist or office as good as they are.

The Dentist is amazing, the technicians are amazing and the office staff is amazing! I had a root canal and 2 extractions and it was done in under an hour and completely painless!

Shauna is the Best hygienist! Dr. Robert's is a wonderful dentist. I cannot speak more highly of everyone at the Brockton office. They all do a wonderful job! I recommend them highly!
