I've been a patient at Gentle Dental in Natick for several decades. My family followed my lead and have been long-term patients there too. Dr. Patel is very kind, caring, professional, talented, and personal. As an example, I recently had a crown installed. Dr. Patel insisted that she would continue to grind/prepare the new tooth until it was "perfect" her words. Her staff is equally supportive and well-trained shout out to Brenda who has been there even longer than I have.
One of my crowns came off and I needed to get it fixed right away. Called Gentle Dental and they got my appointment right away with Dr. Patel. Her work is superior which is why I drive 200 miles to get all my cleanings and dental work done there. I recently moved and I still keep her as my dentist. When you trust someone it’s keeps you loyal to come back. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Patel and staff were incredibly awesome in taking care of all of my needs. I was having an elected whitening and crown placement to improve my smile esthetically. This is something I have wanted to do for a very long long time. From beginning to end they accommodated my needs, including their generosity towards my plight when my dental insurance was no longer going to cover what they had originally said they would. Dr. Patel is a skilled dental surgeon and artist really, my smile has never looked better and she was as excited for me as I was! I will continue to go to General Dental Natick for all my dental needs!
Dr. Patel and her staff are extremely professional! I had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled and they got me in right away to see Dr. Goldberg. The procedure was quick and painless. I recommend Gentle Dental in Natick to everyone, truly wonderful.
Great place. Got the new patient discount and X-rays plus a cleaning was 57 bucks. Front staff was helpful, nice, and direct. Hygienist & the Dr were awesome. They had lots of input and answered all my questions. Will be going back for further dental needs
very professional and accommodating staff and dentist. The dentist will treat you with respect and attend to your issues. The front staff are very nice and courteous and I enjoyed my visit at that office. I would continue to visit this dental office and anyone that is looking for good dentist that love her job, please visit this office in natick.
Dr.Patel is the most wonderful dentist--compassionate, skillful and thorough. I am not comfortable having dental work done, but Dr. Patel has helped me tremendously! I highly recommend her @ Gentle Dental in Natick.
I have been going to Gentle Dental for like 3 yrs since i moved to metro west. They are awesome, from associate to doctor. 1. Full check up 2. Most insurance covered 3. Perfect pricing 4. Prompt reminder notification 5. Not too crowded I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family
Dr Patel was able to see me on very short notice as I had a dental emergency. As always, she was professional and efficient. Would highly recommend her and Gentle Dental.
They are always so good to me there. The Orthodontist is phenomenal at what she does. And the Dental Assistant’s and Front Desk Staff are Friendly and Helpful. Love it there.
