I absolutely love these dental care providers. My old dentist who I also loved left Bakersfield during COVID. I felt lost, the people occupying his old office bragged about how much money they poured into buying all new state of the art equipment. And they called me to the point of harassment so I felt I would be charged more than ever for their services and I refused to go there for anything. My husband was going to Gentle Dental and highly recommended them. …he was right, I found my favorite dentists. They’re awesome.

Love this dentist office! Everyone that works there is super nice, the people here make everything such a great experience. I actually have a fun time every time I come lol,  Never thought I’d say that about a dental office! And the fact that they allow you to make payments is just an extra win! I won’t go anywhere else. :

I had a toothache and this was the only office to get me in fast and they even went out of their way to find me an oral surgeon that accepts my insurance. Highly recommend.

The doctor, hygienist and staff were all excellent. Finding a good dentist and dental office seems harder and harder to find these days. They spent allot of time with me explaining everything. Very friendly and efficient. I am very happy I found this dental office.

Always over book never answer the phone and never know if I’ve ever been to a visit at their office even though I’ve been here over a dozen times wait at least two hours for a scheduled appointment

I am happy I investigated the reviews on this dental group. I have never read so many BAD reviews from one dental service provider before. My search goes on.

The Staff Hygienist  & Doctor are AMAZING! Very friendly! Always Smiling! Very Bubbly, As soon as I walk in for my appointment or if I have a question, they greet me by name. It makes me feel comfortable and happy that they take the time to know me and know's whose walking through the doors. The environment is GREAT! Always great laughter among others and with their Patients

This office and the office at Stockdale have one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.  They have failed to communicate on several occasions at this point and I have been with this office for going on 10 years now.  In just the past 4 months, the Stockdale location made an appointment for my kids to get their teeth cleaned only for us to arrive and it’s closed. No call, no explanation not even a return call.  The Rosedale location didn’t tell me TWICE that their provider wasn’t contracted with my insurance, the first time until I got there and the second time until I was on my way and I called them for something else.  Not to mention that I’ve explained to them more than once that it’s not easy for me to just get up and go, get two kids one that uses a wheelchair - meaning I have to put it together each time we get in and out of the car from two different locations, coordinate coverage at work just to be told once we get there, “Sorry, we can’t see you.”  When I spoke with Jackie, their manager, I explained that I do the same thing they do and I manage to contact all my patients by myself when there’s a change in schedule which happens, it’s stressful and completely understandable, she responded, “Good for you. Nobody’s perfect.”  I felt unheard, disrespected and just done with this entire corporation. Their turnover is high, their ability and customer service skills are low and leave much to be desired.  The options that they provided service at another location - too far, “maybe” they have availability, rescheduling in the next two days - again, something I have to coordinate a month in advance because I am also at a very busy clinic, and even calling on the day of an appointment to communicate with their orthodontist regarding her last instructions - which they once again failed to do were not helpful.  I would NOT recommend this company as even talking to management did not convey any confidence in training or retraining staff to improve communication.  Additionally, their phones aren’t even “on” on the weekend and you can’t get through. Their receptionist told me to call and leave a message and she’d call me back. I’ve called twice in one morning a couple hours apart and never got a response.
