If I could give less than 1 star I would. I dropped off my dog, first time going to a groomers and they were nice in person. Everything seemed ok, 2 hours later we picked him up and he seemed happy, paid and went home. I go home and my dog lays next to me, I give him belly rubs and I see redness all over his groin. He got cut by their razor. They are NOT gentle. Until I see it myself I do not trust them. NOT going back. Any company response you put on here, is not going to be apologetic enough. I hope no other dog gets hurt. Listen to the reviews!
Got an appointment really quickly! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful .Love that they are so on point making sure pets are up to date on shots, it shows they are not just about the money! This is the 2nd time I’ve brought my puppy Lola there and she comes back so pretty! And the bandannas the put on are precious! Highly recommended!
Took my furbaby to this groomer last year. Love the location and the staff is very friendly my buddy got a really cute haircut.

Amazing staff that fit me in the same day without an appointment decided to bring her in for nail trim and kept her there for a full haircut and grooming staff here are great and they really do. I came back to me with a pretty bow and smelled amazing.
