I am new in CT from Atlanta. I come from using the same old school barbers for 15 years. I found Gents by accident on Google on my day off and they treated me like a family member. The owner was a great conversationalist and the barber assigned to me I forgot her name - apologies gave me an exceptional bald cut and shave for a great price. She didn't do the hot towel treatment I'm so spoiled with, but she still gets 4.7 out of 5 stars. So, I've found my bsrber!!
all of the barbers were nice and friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, the guy who runs the instagram account has to learn how to give a haircut. I have the ugliest razor burn ever. Guy is an idiot and shouldn't be allowed to cut hair.

Every time I come here, there's always an issue. The music is way too loud even for a barbershop. Make an appointment otherwise you will be waiting for a while. I'm very surprised that when I do walk in no one says anything to you. Not even a "is anyone helping you".One time I went there after waiting almost 2 hours because I didn't know the person who was on their phone in the chair the whole time was a barber once I sat in the chair he went outside to make a phone call for 15 minutes!!! It really just seems to be unorganized compare to other barbershops
Best barber in Waterbury. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced haircuts make this my top choice for all ages.
Great enviornment with very professional barbers. I get compliments on my haircut after every visit.
It was wonderful as ever with barber Jorge the great doing his thing as usual..its bestest ever.
