Guests of George Trois may choose from either a 6 or 9 course menu as their culinary tour of the vast repertoire of modern and contemporary French cooking produced by Chef Michael Lachowicz and his long time team. A full and impressive wine list is also offered as well as 2, 3 and 4 wine flights to be expertly paired to your experience by Wine Director and General Manager, Mr. Sergio Angel.
