Georgetown County Fire and EMS provides advanced life support and emergency transport for the sick and injured, fire protection and suppression, inspections of commercial structures, public education, and community support and training.
The mission of Georgetown County Fire/EMS is to provide outstanding fire protection,
emergency medical services, fire prevention, public education, fire and emergency
medical training and any other related services at the local, state and national levels. We
provide these services in a professional manner while maintaining the dignity of those we
serve. Our staff continuously strives to learn, improve and grow in enhancing the
delivery of fire protection and emergency medical services to those we serve while
performing our duties in a safe manner.
