We are the Young America's Foundation chapter at Georgetown. We advocate for limited government, free enterprise and resistance to communism.
We are a conservative youth organization that wants to promote the classically liberal ideology, which involves limited government, individual liberty and free enterprise, at Georgetown University. YAF rejects collectivism, communism, social engineering and indoctrination advocated by the progressive Leviathan that has its firm grasp on Hollywood, the media and American universities across the country. We believe that the progressive ideology is a toxic infection that is willing to abandon the principles that underlie the original plan our founders created. As conservatives, we believe that the basic, universal and moral truths espoused by the Declaration of Independence and its governing framework, the Constitution, should forever be held true by all Americans and that they have never and will never be proven false or outdated. Georgetown University's Young Americans for Freedom chapter wants to bring light to the glories of America and give students a better understanding of the founding principles that are embedded in the roots of our nation while combating the poisonous progressive ideology that wishes to plunder the liberty Americans enjoy today.
