Terrible service,the young man that wears the glasses,not only did he ball up my receipt to hand it to me,expected me to walk out with two bottles and no bag!!! Keep in mind the customers before me products were bagged,but guess I could carry mines. I've always heard different treatment but I had to experience it myself!!! I won't be back

Guy with glasses ..RUDE!!! I asked him where something was an he told me it was right in front of me if I looked,Well it wasn't! This was the 3rd or 4th time encountering him an hes never a joy. Id post his name if he wore a name tag. I suggest going the few extra miles down 250 to Lisa liquor

I've been going there for years. The staff has always been pleasant, with the exception of the GM. My last 2 trips he berated an employee right in front of me at checkout. Then upon walking in, just before closing, he shouts, "We're closed!" I don't know who he thought he was. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. The girl I was with insisted we put up a sign after closing saying, "go to the Macedon location. They close at 9 and are much nicer."

We've shopped this location for 17 years, even driving here from the westside after moving a decade ago. The selection is always good and we know we'll receive top-notch customer service and answers to any questions we may have, so the drive is well worth our time.

Georgetown has a great selection, but where they really shine is in their customer service. These folks know their product, can make great recommendations, and have done very fine work making curbside pickup easy during COVID. Georgetown is exactly what you hope a locally owned business will be.

Went in to buy some wine and a Valentine's gift for my boyfriend. He like whiskey and run, two things I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about! Asked some of the workers and got so much help! He gave me a brief explanation of each about what they were and what made them each unique, then proceeded to walk me to a few different suggestions and helped me find the perfect gift!

Wonderful selection of liquor, and carries Everclear not too many places carry that. Love their selection of Japanese Sake. Even better, this store enforces the mask rule strictly. Definitely not Karen-friendly.

I always find what I'm looking for when I go to Georgetown. And if I need any help or looking for a specific flavor, they know their stuff. They have never let me down when making my needs with purchases.

Outstanding liquor store with prices comparable to the largest Century Liquor in Pittsford. For instance the price of Monkey Shoulder Scotch is $35 the same as Lisa's Liquor Barn and Century Liquor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also had Whiskey tasting with no pressure to buy. The employee was knowledgeable of the 5 top shelf whiskeys they had to taste. Very impressed. Will go back again!
