Our family had a blast. We went on Thursday night and it was perfect, small crowd and no long lines so we were able to bounce from ride to ride without any delays. The staff was friendly and polite, the grounds were well kept and clean… overall great experience.
I didn't get the early bird special. Admission plus ride tickets were $108 dollars total. Then I cut my pinky on the mirror maze slide, had to go to medical. I interrupted their smoke break. But they were friendly. Kids enjoyed the rides and food. I got a big issue with bathrooms. Men have to use the port a potties. Women get an normal restroom to use. I tried to take my sons to the normal restroom. A woman told me I can't go in. But she'll take my sons to the restroom. I said no thanks. We had to use the disgusting port a potties. I'm not letting any stranger take my kids anywhere alone. Other than the expensive tickets. And the awful port a potties. It was ok.
Needed more bathrooms!! Seemed like less rides this year. What happened to the animals?? There were only a handful there and absolutely NO pigs. I was disappointed this year
My mom and i felt really safe at the Albany fair on Saturday 28.2022 security and police everywhere they were very professional and showed total respect we came early before the crowd and had an amazing experience
Had a really nice time. It was a bit chilly due to weather conditions, but we didnt let that stop our parade :. Food, rides and prizes! Sound like a state fair to me :.
This was my first time going to the Richmond county fair and I was honestly impressed. I usually go to the Columbia county one but I think I like the Richmond better. There's a much smaller wait line for rides and there were more shows to watch. Honestly I don't think I even saw any shows at the Columbia fair. I didn't feel like we were fighting the crowd and parking was surprisingly easy. Everyone was super nice and the food was pretty good. Will be going back again next year!
I love how they have the kiddie rids separate from the adult/big kid rides! I am military so I really appreciated getting in for free.
The ride attendants we're so kind to our folks. They were helpful and made everyone feel welcome. The bathrooms were clean and had plenty of supplies when we went. We all had a great time.
We had fun, just wish there was a weight chart for the rides. That way people like me wouldn’t get embarrassed waiting in line , just to be told you’re too big lol. Yes he said it just like that. I’m 5/9 215 pounds. Oh and the prices for the rides and food are crazy high. 8/10 tickets per ride, 30 for unlimited. Cheese burger and fries 15.00. Other than that my 9 year old son had fun
It was good but last year had more animals.
