I am experiencing severe dry patches on my skin and scalp. I called Tues and lucked up that they had an appointment available next day. For some reason I didn't get check in information via text or email. I used tablet when I arrived in office. Navigating to the suite was easy. They are located on the second floor and They had signs through the building. I didn't have to wait too long once I checked in. The MA Caitlyn was nice took pictures and asked questions before Dr came in. Dr Cardwell was very nice as well and diagnosed me quickly. Due to the area i was concerned if they would be familiar with African American skin. To my suprise the Dr was African American as well!! She had on my way in no time. I will definitely go back and recommend. Looking forward to feeling better!
Everyone in the office was great! I could not have asked for a better experience! It was such a relaxed and professional atmosphere! Alaina and her assistant were super wonderful! They were kind, caring and patient. I loved my visit!
We love Dr. Buchi! We were referred by my mother in law and now my wife and both of our kids are patients of hers. She is strait to the point, clearly very skilled in this field, and very solutions driven. For my children she never rushes to prescribe a steroid treatment which is huge for cautious helicopter parents . I myself am not in need of a dermatologists but the fact that 3/4 of our family trust her should say something!
Everybody in this practice from the check in people all the way to the end visit were just wonderful. Everyone was thoughtful, personable and knowledgeable. I was a new patient and it was an exceptional experience. Thanks to all of you. I wish I didn’t have to wait a whole year to come back.
Absolutely love this place and Dr. Onyebuchi. She is VERY thorough and is very detailed when doing our yearly exam. Early detection is def key, especially as we've gotten older, and we are confident she has found several places early on myself and husband.
Unfortunately, they were having trouble with their computers on the day of my visit and there was a slow moving line to check in. I'm hopeful this is not normal and don't expect that is the case. Once I was able to get in an see Alaina Burran , my appointment went well. She was very thorough and gave extremely detailed information which I was most appreciative to receive. I will definitely be returning for future visits and have advised my husband to switch to Epiphany.
I highly recommend Epiphany Dermatology. The staff were all so nice and knowledgeable. They told us exactly what they were doing. And most importantly, they seemed to value our time as much as theirs. We did not have to wait for an hour to be seen!
This practice is amazing. Dr. Buckthal is brilliant. Always on time, efficient, and kind. All the staff I’ve come in contact with have been equally great. This practice is a huge asset to our community! It’s hard to find good doctors, but this place has them.
Dr Dyer is a lifesaver, he discovered melanoma on back 5 years ago and I had no idea. He set up the surgery I needed and have been cancer free ever since. Not only is he a great Doctor but a nice person as well….
The nurse took me back and gathered needed information and moments later the Dr came in and went right to work. Painless, polite and professional. No long wait. Great staff with superb customer service
