The Georgia Police K9 Foundation is an all volunteer 501c3 non-profit organization that assists active and retired law enforcement K9s.
As an all volunteer 501c3 non profit organization with a board governed by active law enforcement and civilians we have three main goals:
To Raise awareness within the communities about K9s and what impact the play in our daily lives.
To assist active K9s and K9 teams in proper training equipment while supplying them with the tools they need to perform at optimum levels.
To increase support for retired law enforcement K9s. There are no local, State of federal programs that assists out for legged Officers during retirement. We aim to have local governments to implement and provide financial assistance to retired law enforcement K9s for 5 years.
