Leo is always willing to make your spa dreams come true! We stop in for products occasionally, and he always remembers us. We wouldn’t buy anywhere else. Love the new location, bring your swimsuit and give your dream tub a try!
Leo is the ultimate in professionalism. He took time with me explaining the benefits of the different hot tubs in my price range. Even when I returned home and read the emails he sent me and I had further questions, he was on the ready. I would definitely recommend Georgia Spa for your hot tub and sauna needs!!!
Great experience, short delay in delivery, but only a couple of weeks. The service, communication and delivery were all very good. Price was the deciding factor which is why we went with the GSC.
Just made our first purchase at Georgia Spa and the experience was perfection! The new location in Athens is gorgeous! Leo was fantastic- he helped send us information via email prior to our visit and was extremely knowledgeable about all the tubs when we arrived at the location to make the final purchase. We have already worked with Sarah, the delivery coordinator on the details of the tub install and she is also a pleasure to work with. So far, we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience! Highly recommend!
We were very pleased with the service we received from Georgia Spa Company. They were Very professional and knowledgeable about all the spas. Leo Explained everything exceptionally well. It was such an easy purchase…we would highly recommend them!!! Leo Arsenault was the sales representative who assisted us. He was outstanding!! Our sales rep Bob and the delivery team were great! We needed some extra prep work electrical and slab, plus a fork lift to get the R500 swim spa in but Bob and team were very helpful and supportive! Bob even did a site visit to help us find a good spot. It was so smooth from order to delivery. Our new spa looks fabulous, just in time to enjoy summer. And with temp control, we can enjoy it in the winter too. Everything I could hope for with great customer service.
I bought a hot tub here. Yes it’s beautiful but the lights on it have never worked since they delivered it. It’s been a month now and 2 techs have come out and it is still not repaired. I’m never high on their priority list. Each time they come out I’m told it’ll be another week or so. I’m always their “last stop” of the day. At what point do I become a priority? I’ve been nice and patient but I’ve reached my limit. I spent a lot of money and all I want is for ALL of the features on my hot tub to work.
Salesperson was Very Knowledgeable about the Product, and took the Time to explain and Demonstrated all the Features.
