Gerald B. McDaniel started practicing law with his father L.W. McDaniel in 1978, right after graduating from University of Puget Sound School of Law in Durango Colorado. In 2005 he moved from Trinidad Colorado to Colorado Springs. In the last 38 years of practicing law his work primarily involved probate, preparation of wills and trusts, real estate title work (transactional and litigation), personal and real property secured interests, agriculture law, commercial law, banking, special districts, conservancy districts, and water law.
Mr. McDaniel also holds a real estate license in the state of Colorado and focuses mostly on farm property.
Gerry is a sole practitioner, he has two employees both of which are his daughters in law. Merlinda McDaniel handles all billing and invoicing, while Tiffaney McDaniel is his legal secretary and Paralegal.
