Gerald Slaton is a licensed therapist and life coach specializing in individual, couples, and family counseling. Since 1976, he has worked in the Houston area providing personalized support and practical guidance to help clients effectively address their life challenges and create lasting, positive relationships. Gerald’s counseling sessions are relaxed and collaborative, with a focus on identifying emotional roadblocks, enhancing communication and self-awareness, and developing solutions that work for each client’s unique circumstances.
Gerald received a B.A from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis. He also completed post-graduate work at the Gestalt Institute of Houston and studied directly under Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to become a certified teacher of transcendental meditation. Gerald has been married to his wife, Leona, for over 40 years and has two grown children.
