The staff is extremely friendly! The location is nice, clean, and spacious. Theirs a small area for those who would like to eat on the spot. The options are many, the average dessert is 30$. Slightly overpriced, compared to other bakeries where similar quality is found.

I have always loved this location and their pastries, but I'm a twin mom with zero free time for writing Google reviews so this 5 star is really a 10 star, A++++ review ; That's how good this place is!! I called and long story short, Jessica saved my boys 3rd birthday party in a huge way. I have posted a picture below of what she was able to do for me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up my pizza order. As a stay-at-home mom with a teacher salary household, we never could have afforded such beautiful cakes. When I called her asking about the cakes 30 minutes before the party, in tears because I had just ruined their cakes with the terrible frosting I made, she said don't worry about it, I've got you! With only their name and a couple of small details, this is what she came up with. This kind of customer service isn't something that really exists anymore. Not only did Jessica make our sweet little boys day with the best cake they will probably ever have until their wedding cake, but more importantly she was so kind and so caring and just so sweet to me and a very stressful time, I can't stop thinking about just how amazing of a human she must be. Their sheet pizza was outstanding, as you can see in the picture, the cakes were gorgeous, and if you go to this location, Jessica is just the best. We used Gerardo's for our Anniversary Party Cake or wedding cake, they were incredibly easy to work with, and EVERY SINGLE CAKE they make is absolutely delicious! It's super convenient that they have Cake Tasting Samplers to buy at their shop, but that also made it harder to choose the one we liked best because they were all SO GOOD! Gerardo was upfront about all pricing from the beginning which was incredibly helpful for planning purposes. We asked for a purple Ombre cake, and their design of our two tiered cake was spot on and stunning. I would give them a 10/5 if I could!

I ordered a 3 tier wedding cake for my wedding last weekend and Gerardos made all my dreams come true. Not only did they take a picture from the internet and bring it to life, the detail/color in the design was just stunning. Every layer was a different flavor and each one was decadent and delicious. They were professional and so easy to work with. I will no longer use any bakery ever again. Thank you so much for making our wedding cake dreams come true!!!

SUCH tasty pastries! Their strawberry shortcake is possibly the best cake I’ve ever had. They also made a DELICIOUS cake for my dad’s surprise party this year. Very easy to work with and coordinate!

I rarely give 5 stars but my hands eyes and stomach are tied when it comes to Gerardo’s Italian Bakery in West Boylston, MA; the enormous selection of beautiful and tasty pastries, cookies, cakes, cheesecake, etc is unrivaled! The front refrigerated display shelves must have been 40 feet long totally filled with great looking bakery items . Buying things can get pricey but when you do, it’s basically getting quality for what you pay for ! I can’t wait to go back !

I was in shambles when the person I hired to make my daughters cake for her sweet 16 canceled two weeks before the party. My sister told me to call Gerardo's and I was NOT disappointed. Not only were they able to accommodate me on such short notice, but they also brought my daughters vision to life. I couldn't imagine a better looking cake, and the flavor was EVERYTHING!! People still talk about this cake party in December which made me realize I never gave them the praise they deserved. Thank you Gerardo's for your amazing work.

The selections of utter luciously deliciousness is mind boggling to the point of over indulgence of over ordering which will never go to waste! Their pastries, cakes and baked goods will never disappoint anyone...!! Best gifts to friends and families.

Oh. My. Goodness! I've literally never seen a bakery like this in my life! The display counter goes on and on, and it's filled with the most beautiful array of pastries, desserts, and deliciousness that there are no words to describe it. Then, when you finally pick something which will be one of the greatest challenges of your life! you'll eat something so yummy you won't believe your taste buds. I ordered the vanilla and chocolate-raspberry pettifors, several kinds of Cannilo, and almond paste cookies some of every kind. While everything was wonderful, the almond paste cookies were beyond amazing... so, I went back the next day to buy a dozen more for my mom.

Gerardo's made our wedding cake and we cannot recommend them enough! Not only was is absolutely delicious, but it was beautiful and reasonably priced. Gerardo was great at explaining our options and making recommendations to design our perfect cake. We cannot recommend them enough whether you are looking for a wedding cake our just a small treat.
