I was excited to check this place out after a coworker had told me about this store. I walked into the store today with the intention of purchasing a piece of jewelry to celebrate a personal milestone since I had heard good things about this store. I was not greeted when I walked in. Despite there being a sales lady available to assist, she did not offer to help me. There was another gentleman salesperson present who was assisting another customer at the time. It was not busy in the store. I left the store feeling unwelcome. Maybe I’m not their usual demographic mid-30s, casual dress, I came alone, but at least please acknowledge my existence! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
