Different people have different goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, add inches to your vertical jump for sports or to tone up and add muscle, an individual training plan can be made specific to your health and fitness needs.
Depending on your goal, a variety of training techniques can be employed. At Get Fit University, Many different techniques are incorporated together to best meet your individual needs and goals. Example techniques are:
• Weight training to burn fat and gain muscle.
• TRX suspension and BOSU ball training to increase body control and balance.
• Rope, boxing, kettle bells, and pylometric training to increase cardiovascular conditioning and athletic performance.
Get Fit University offers one on one sessions, group sessions of 2-5 people, and boot camp sessions (Saturdays only, weather permitting) and has programs designed for clients ages 12 – mature adult. Get Fit also has a program for athletic teams training together.
