Heath Johnson is a certified personal trainer providing customized fitness programs including cardiovascular exercises, resistance training, and guidance on proper food intake, supplementation and lifestyle issues. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications (Broadcasting) at Metropolitan State College of Denver and Personal Trainer Certification at the National Personal Training Institute. Heath is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and certified in Red Cross Basic First Aid and CPR.
