At Get In Shape For Women you will train in an upscale, state of the art, clean and friendly environment, by appointment where everyone motivates each other. We work on Interval Cardio Training, Weight Training, Nutrition and Accountability. Each person receives a program specific designed just for them for them based on their goals and needs. We monitor your fitness goals and will assist if you are not meeting them to see how we can help with any hurdles.
