Health and Vitality is available to all. Beyond taking a lot of supplements there are simple things we can do to make ourselves feel a whole lot better! Exercise one very powerful tool. I offer the following classes.
*Qigong is the study of the mastery over the invisible vital force that surrounds all of us. Qi -pronounced "chi" is used for 3 main areas: health and healing, physical prowess as in sports or martial arts, and spiritual awareness. We all need to learn how to get more Qi in our lives!
*Yoga also uses this invisible vital force which yogis call prana. Yoga poses are very strengthening to the body and provide flexibility at the same time. Yoga has been shown to lower blood pressure and greatly improve mood.
*High Intensity Interval Training or (HIIT) is an extremely efficient way to improve cardio vascular strength and increase your metabolism. It encourages weight loss, since these workouts get you burning more calories for up to 72 hours after the fact!
