Do not use Get Wet Pools under any circumstance. There workmanship is sub stand and their customers service is the same. From damaged pool shells - first one cracked and split, second one damaged in transit. Incorrect tile selections and poor installation work. Rubbish left on site and no warrant or manuals provided for the pool pump equipment. Please look around before using Get Wet Pools. We selected them for our job as they claim to have the best products and services by far but that clearly  isn't the case. We are still trying to resolve our issues months later. NOTE : You do not have to use there recommended contractors for any of the other works like pool fencing or concrete. Be warned

The team at Get Wet Pools have been extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process of getting our new pool.  They have done an outstanding job on installing the pool and very easy to deal with throughout.  Can't recommend them enough!

All of the Get wet team are an absolute pleasure to deal with!! We can't fault anything with the service we have received.  When we first started looking at getting a pool we spoke with all the other major pool company's but the salesman at get wet pools was by far the most knowledgeable and well prepared with information and samples.  When it came to getting the pool installed the pool installers were supper organised nothing was to hard for them and they were more then happy to do that little bit extra for us, once the pool install was finished they left our yard clean and tidy.

Look..... the Freedom pool shell is great and install into the actual ground was fine when it finally happens ....However.... customer service was abysmal. Would not recommend unless something changes in the business model in the very near future.

Highly recommend Get Wet Pools.  Mark, Nathan and the guys guided us through the whole process from start to finish and we couldnt be happier with our end result! Definately agree with previous review, very tidy tradies!! Thank you again
