My 10 year old and I came here on a Sunday an hour before closing and enjoyed ourselves. Waivers were easy to fill out, and the video required to watch before could be seen while we were changing into our jump socks. It was not crowded, so we were able to try everything to include the foam pits and basketball trampoline area. The employees were very nice and personable and let everyone have a great time. I don't recall seeing a concession stand for food, but they do have vending machines with drinks and candy.
Loved it! My nephew had his birthday party here. We all had a ton of fun! They have safe rules and regulations that are actually applied. The video clip I posted is of the machine up front I think it was called the wind tunnel or something I can't remember the exact name!
Visited on a Tuesday morning, not too many people, apparently was toddler time but allowed my 8 yr old to play, plenty of space to play. It's a bit dusty, so if you have allergies not an ideal location, otherwise a fun space to burn some energy.
I had such an amazing time! There was this beautiful woman at the front named Krystal. She had explained to me the prices, had so much patience and was super sweet. I would definitely go again. My kids had so much fun and as did I.
Had a kids party there. There was really no host interactions other then brining the pizzas and the bill. Part of the attraction was out of order. Kids had a good time but for the money there should have been more communication on getting the party moving. Felt really rushed at the end given 30 min to eat, cake and presents. Would go elsewhere for our next party.
I feel like I need a tetanus shot after coming here. I don't think this place has had a deep clean since they opened. There are blobs of black dust on the walls everywhere, the kids play area has thick layers of dust coating the outside play area. It sucks because my two year old loves coming here we've been twice but I don't think I'll be coming back unless they give it a good scrub down. And judging from others' reviews, it's evident a lot of people feel the same way. I don't know how the owners are comfortable with the place being so disgusting. If you're going to charge what you do, at least make sure the environment is decent. It's truly gross.
**warning** If you want 1 hour of jump time, they only offer that on-line and do not advertise this in the store. I only wanted 1 hour, but the cashier said they only had 2 or 3 hours. After spending $77, I went to the website and saw the offer. Cashier said I couldn’t refund one of the two hours. I took my two daughters on Friday, 29 September. Another red flag was the staff member working the register had a horrible attitude and this was before our interaction about the hidden menu. Won’t go again.
It was my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday and I called at 3pm to see if we could have a birthday party because I found out my daughter was going into the hospital tomorrow and would not be here for her daughter’s birthday. I asked for 6pm and they said latest was 5:30 pm. I had to get my elderly dad and it took a little extra time so I called asked if we could get some extra jump time because we could not get there on time and they said they would check. I was 10 min late and we got there and I had to fill out waivers for everyone, which took a long time. No one told me I had to do those prior to arriving. We got there and it was empty, maybe 10 people besides our party. It is so old and smells like BO, I asked if we could get some extra jump time because we did not even get to start jumping until 6pm. This kid running the place, Alina, said no, I asked why she said “because “. She continued to be extremely rude. I have six kids and two grandchildren and I have lived in Tucson my whole life and had so many birthday parties and have never been treated so horribly. I was spending over $250 for two hours and she kept sending our party host to tell us what time it was, he did nothing to help us. We were off the trampolines at 7:15pm and cleaned up by 7:30 pm. The host came and told us we were ok because we were cleaned up. So we spent another $30 on games and the host came to us at 7:47 that they charged us an extra $50 because we were in the “party area”. I was so upset because I didn’t even have an extra $50 to spend. Now I don’t know what to do. Totally stole every second of joy out of my beautiful babies birthday.
I was happy that it wasn't overly hot. I was worried about that from previous reviews. We went for my son's birthday. I didn't jump for healthy reasons, but everyone that did really enjoyed themselves. It is a great place to take kids, especially energetic ones like mine. I was also happy there were enough places for me to sit and watch them play.
My granddaughter and I had a great time. My only issue is, it's pretty spendy, and there isn't a good variety of things to do. The minimum amount of time is 2 hours, and with the few things to do, you get to the point where it gets a bit boring. Overall, we had fun, and that's the point. I will be looking for other options next time though.
