In terms of GetGo's, this is one of the nicer ones. It's always pretty clean and I noticed this store being stocked well. Employees are nice but sometimes slow if rushing around is your thing. Parking lot is big enough to accommodate traffic. The food was decent.
I attempted to go to the Cafe here a few times over the last year and the Cafe was not open. I stopped to get gas today and saw the Cafe was open and decided to get a breakfast sandwich. The service was terrible. They didn't have a lot of customers but I still had to wait a good 15 minutes for my order. I selected to have my sandwich put in a bag. They gave it to me without a bag. They staff was too busy joking and talking amongst themselves instead of doing their job and making orders for the customers. After all that my sandwich was cold. Terrible service!!
I went here to get some gas and wash my car on Friday Oct. 12. The machine showed that I pumped 13.577 gal gas into my car. However, the gas tank of my 2009 mini cooper is only 13 gallon you can google this and google gives 10.6 to 13.2 gal for the fuel tank capacity, how can I pump in 13.5 gal gas to it?! I talked with the manager and the only response from him is "Hmm, the gas must have gone somewhere", "Did you look at the ground? Maybe there is some leakage in your car...", "I know it sounds weird, but the gas must be in your car and I am sure the machines are all right"...I cannot accept either his explanation or his attitude. My understanding is, even if I carried a new car with no gas inside on my shoulder to the gas station, I would not be able to pump in 13.5 gal gas!
Dripping wet and the entire rear end is still covered in dirt. What did you guys wash or dry? The hood? The car wash game is dirty. Give someone the illusion you performed a service and in reality it’s half done. I’m in the wrong business.
First time ever putting review in anywhere but I had to mention some of the staff especially at the car wash are NORT helpful at all…seems like you were bothering them. I know it’s hard to get employees currently but it shouldn’t take that much effort to up their customer service to just basic
Love this place, just can't comprehend paying 4 bucks for an egg sandwich sitting in the warmer.
The sandwich called the pilgrim was awful. Didn't taste at all how it looks when it's advertised!!
When you have a Kitchen manager working the front cashier that doesn't know how to take an item off your receipt. Told me to re order it and go to end of line. Rude and should be fired. Many other people have complained about this woman.
Never going back front cashier was rude for no reason. Very triggering!
The cashier with long blonde hair and black rim glasses is always rude. She gives me a hard time every time I take advantage of my free coffee for veterans. As a vet I’m going to make sure to let my other vet buddies know that she doesn’t really care or respect us. I will go out of my way not to shop here.
