Tommy and team are honest guys. At first, the place looks "sketchy" since it's next to delta gas station, but, you will be WRONG. The guys are solid and passionate. They have fair prices, and quick to resolve your issues. Call them ahead of time to let them know what work needs to get done and they will tell you when to drop off your car. I have brought in 3 cars thus far for fluid changes, brake changes, matience items and they were quick.
The guy had runs this place is unfortunately incompetent. He's a nice guy but refuses to do anything besides simple repairs by evading his customers and telling them to take it to the dealer or that he doesn't have a part, or it's too complicated, etc etc. Multiple times I have tried to have my vehicle serviced due to the convenience of the location and he just always has an excuse to not take on a vehicle for service.
Price change without consent and then tried to charge me for the labor to undo what was done without my permission. I brought my car there for an exhaust leak and brakes, when I dropped my car off I was told a specific price “no higher than x amount of $” so I told tommy if it goes above that price to call me first. when I picked up my car, my bill was significantly higher by a few hundred and I was told he “mistakenly didn’t call me”. But he didn’t mistakenly forget to charge me?? I ended up paying the price with a small discount after arguing for half an hour. Use at your own risk. I won’t be going back. And it’s a shame cus he really seemed trustworthy and like he was a nice guy.Services: Exhaust

Did a PPI on a car I wanted to buy. He calls the owner to tell him the issue with the car and blatantly asks the owner if he wanted him to lie about those issues. Little did he know the owner had the call on speaker so that I could hear him.
