Received a 600$ gift card for my birthday to have my hair done made the appointment and was called to ask to reschedule for the next day. I have a child I was unable to. I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere the day I had scheduled before my actual birthday. And was told we have other services. I need my hair done. now I'm stuck with a 600 dollar gift card to a spa that can not accommodate me for the day they scheduled or what I need done before my birthday. Because I will never go through the troubles of finding a babysitter for an appointment they scheduled again. they can't even see the clients they scheduled for the time they scheduled.Thank you Gettysburg day spa for the bad start to my birthday. If anyone wants to buy the gift card I'll sell it to you for 200. Kathy don't be sorry refund the money

I wanted to get a simple dry cut from a stylist that I used to go to at another salon and is now at this spa.  I used to pay $15 at the other salon and you want to charge me $40 for the same haircut.   I am a senior and can't afford that.  I really will miss my stylist.

I went to Gettysburg Day Spa for the first time today for a pedicure and had a very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for a Spa Pedicure, and was greeted warmly by all of the employees, including the woman giving me the pedicure. Shortly after I sat down, another employee informed her that a new employee would be shadowing her. While observing, most of the new employee's questions revolved around how often they get paid, how often they get breaks, how long the breaks are, etc...it felt very unprofessional to be asking these questions in front of a customer and made me a bit uncomfortable during the service. The pedicure itself was very unimpressive- I am fully aware that spa pedicures tend to be a bit less thorough than some typical nail salons, but it felt like I paid $50 for the woman to clip my toenails, rub in some lotion, and apply some nail polish. Once she was finished, she told me that I was all set- I was not offered an option to sit under a fan to dry my nails before leaving, so I asked if I could remain in the chair for a bit to allow them to dry. I departed after about 10 minutes, assuming that she had applied a fast-drying topcoat in place of encouraging me to wait for them to dry. When I finally put shoes on over two hours after leaving, my polish was smudged. I can't speak to the other services offered, but I would not recommend a pedicure here. While the employees I interacted with were kind, they seemed to overall be lacking in experience and professionalism.

I had a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone.  Kathy , I’m guessing she’s the owner. She was rude. Quite frankly I think she’s racist. The way she treated me after I told her they should do something about that smell that is near where you get your hair washed and the bathroom smells terrible as well. Will never go there again. If I could give a lower rating i would .

Bridal hair and makeup turned out amazing! These girls are so talented!

6 months ago I had my hair and makeup done for my wedding along with my bridal party. All the ladies did such a wonderful job and were so great when it came to working down a schedule for the morning! Siarra did my updo which I was obsessed with and Rhiannon did my makeup, which looked gorgeous! All my girls looked and felt lovely as well! I was so happy with how everything turned out for my big day. Thank you so much!

I had my makeup done by Jenny as part of a bridal party. As someone who doesn’t wear makeup, I can confidently say this is the first time I’ve ever loved the makeup I had done! She was so friendly, asked me lots of questions about my preferences, and made sure to check in after each step to make sure I liked it. She showed genuine concern and took great care of my extremely sensitive skin/facial eczema. Very pleased with my experience

Rachel was absolutely amazing for my 90 minute massage. Was paying attention to my tension and even got a cup my first cupping for my arm and back.

Everyone is so friendly and I love the product that they carry. Farmhouse fresh as one of my absolute favorites! The Agave oil is my go-to but I've also tried the bourbon vanilla.

Got my nails done today! They did an amazing job. Everyone is so friendly and I left with a new Farmhouse fresh body oil, I can't wait to try the honey Magnolia!
