Jasmine Gevorkyan is a litigation attorney, who combines her talents and background in service to her clients. She worked as an insurance defense attorney for many years, and is an experienced attorney who is well-prepared to address what the insurance company will do to defend against injured individuals.
During her career, Jasmine earned a reputation as a lawyer who works aggressively to see that her clients receive justice. Before establishing the Gevorkyan Law Firm, she did insurance defense work. Jasmine's experience on the other side of the courtroom gives her valuable insight about the most effective way to build strong cases and fight insurance companies. She now represents injured individuals based in varying parts of California and handles wide range of litigation matters, including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, brain injury, slip/trip and fall, dog bite/attack, premises liability, and dangerous products/products liability claims.
Jasmine is admitted to practice in all State Courts of California and in the United States District Court, Central District of California. She has been certified by the Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. She is also certified by Westlaw for research proficiency in litigation, employment, tax, trademark, patent, international law, environmental and bankruptcy laws. She had previously held a California Pharmacy Technician license. Her unique background, experience and knowledge of prescription drugs support her litigate personal injury, pharmacy, and physician/hospital liability issues.
