I've used GFS for over 25 years for my personal and business taxes. They are very good at what they do and extremely knowledgeable.

Great tax service! They handled my husband and I having 5 w2s and they were really helpful. Great price too! My tax preparer was Denis Gomez. She's great! We will definitely be going back this year for our taxes.

Horrible experience. I have been trying to get in contact with these people for almost a year now. They filed my taxes last year, and did a very poor job. Seemed like I was of very little concern for them. This year, I asked them to do it again, and they said they were too busy, but would file for an extension, which they did. To which I sent email after email about when they could help before the deadline, and they totally ghosted me. Leaving me high a dry to do them with Turbo Tax. Really upsetting.

Terrible customer service. Not from Gary, but from the receptionist who was answering the phones today. Had been a client of GFS since 2000. Last couple years, tried to make an appointment with Gary, but he was booked up. Made it a point to call early this year, make an appointment with Gary and go back to GFS. Long story short, receptionist says "Gary is full and is not taking on new clients, and you missed the last two years", are you kidding me! I guess the 15 years I was doing business with GFS goes to the round file. Instead of saying welcome back or glad to have you back, wow. Word of mouth can be positive or negative, JFI, GFS.

Gary is a true professional! I've been a steady client of his for many years and really appreciate his attention to detail. Working with Gary and the whole staff at GFS is always a pleasure. Thanks!
